I really can’t remember exactly when my passion for shoes started, but I can tell you that my shoe shopping habits have increased dramatically over the years. Prior to the 1st mainstream online stores being introduced in the late 90’s, shoe shopping was not always a pleasant experience. Limited by the frustrations of not being able to find my size or the right color or style of shoe, I often found myself purchasing shoes that I didn’t love.

Shoe e-commerce was practically an overnight success! Shoes could easily be found in any color, size, or style and at competitive prices! I, and all my fellow shoe lovers, were in shoe heaven! Shoe brands I hadn’t even seen in the usual ‘brick and mortar’ stores were suddenly available, and I believe this is when my love of shoes became a passion.
