It’s hard to believe how fast this year has gone by. Halloween is this weekend and I just received the invitation for my company Holiday Party in December! I think these invitations for parties are on the same schedule for putting up Christmas decorations, and it seems to get earlier with each year.

I recently came across this lovely shoe collection by Lilita Leather Collection on Shoebuy.   The Lilita Leather Collection is a new brand founded by 2 Venezualan sisters, Carolina and Franzia Lopez.   Their goal is to “develop into a loved, adored, and desired brand, so that customers will search for styles from the Lilita Collection.” [LilitaShoes].  So far, from what I’ve seen of their collection, they should have no problem accomplishing this goal!

The brand offers a variety of styles including flats, wedges, pumps and boots, all of which are very reasonably priced between $100-120.   Here are a few of the Fall designs that are available now at Shoebuy….

Via Spiga’s new Fall 2009 Collection is getting noticed and for all the right reasons. Why you ask? Well, it may be because it is the first collection from their new Creative Director, Paola Venturi. With nearly 2 decades of experience, Venturi has led creative design for some well-known design houses including Te Casan, Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, and Sergio Rossi (where she started her career).

Venturi is based in Italy but she recently visited Chicago earlier this month to promote her collection. During her visit to the Windy City, she was interviewed by Second City Style. You can read more about this talented Italian shoe designer here.

I’m quite impressed with this collection from Via Spiga. It’s feminine and sophisticated, yet it also has a playful and carefree style as well. I could easily have and wear all of these designs with my current Fall wardrobe. I’m looking forward to seeing more of Venturi’s designs, soon to be unveiled, in her Spring 2010 collection.

        

I LOVE Donald J Pliner shoes and I especially love the Fall 2009 Collection.   Donald J Pliner shoes are made with comfort in mind and the designs are absolutely amazing!   My favorite shoes to wear from my entire collection happen to be Donald J Pliner designs.   They are so well-crafted, they fit perfectly, and the designs never seem to go out of style.   They are truly a staple in my closet.

Here are some of my favorite designs from the Fall 2009 Collection.

The Donald J Pliner Dara is a sleek and sexy ankle boot.  It features elastic straps that criss cross over the instep of the boot which allows flexibility and comfort.

These lovely Donald J Pliner Berri Pumps are beautifully detailed hand-stitching, a metal toe rand, and an architectural heel.  The Berri Pump has exciting textures and comes in some great colors for Fall!

The Donald J Pliner Zandra Open-Toe Bootie (left) has softly gathered suede leather draping across the foot and an elastic gored side buckle make this the open toe bootie of the season.   The Zasha Bootie (right) has asymetrical folds that accentuate the smooth lines.  The open toe and antique metallic leather make this footwear a great option for both dressy and casual outfits.

The Donald J Pliner Cara is such a sexy shoe.  It features a bold heel and platform making it a must have style this Fall. Available in smooth leather or python printed patent leather.

Okay, I’ve saved my favorite for last!  I just can’t get enough of this lace up boot.  The Donald J Pliner Daria Boot has gorgeous blue denim leather and a platform tractor bottom.  This tall boot is hot, hot, hot!

The Tweet Platform Sandal by Charles David Shoes is certainly a fun and creative shoe design.   It features contrasting textures in the form of buttery soft leather upper and 1 ½ tweed covered platform.   I would don these shoes with a pair of chocolate colored tights.    The Tweet Platform Sandal also comes in black leather.
