Joy Chen Designs

San Francisco-based shoe designer, Joy Chen Kolterman, launched her 2nd shoe line Joy Chen just a couple of years ago and, much like the debut of her Glory Chen line, it has been a great success.   The Joy Chen line was created to appeal to a younger, fashion-savvy market.  With clean lines on innovative, but feminine, contemporary designs and made with quality materials intent on comfort, these shoes are gorgeous and are perfect to wear all day!
